    Experts say that any hairstyle that creates overly tight hair pulling produces irreversible long term consequences. Once the hair follicles are damaged, they won't grow back. There are also example of many men who sport man bun, but they don't get traction alopecia. If at all you desire to sport pull hairstyle, the key is to keep it loose.
